Greetings from Bell Buckle!
Hello family & friends,
We hope that you have been safe and well during these trying times.
We thought we’d give you a little update on the status of our inn and our lovely town of Bell Buckle, TN.
Several shops have re-opened and are taking precautions to ensure everyone’s safety. The famous Bell Buckle Cafe has opened up their normal dining service at 50% capacity, and of course continues to offer take-out. More information can be found at Bell Buckle’s Chamber of Commerce website.
While most of the town’s Summer events had to be cancelled, Fall events are still on the books including the Arts & Crafts Festival! Also, Russ & Tori Taff are working out the dates for their big gospel weekend.
As for us, we are operating at a limited capacity to ensure the safety and well-being of both our guests and staff. During this time, we have included the following policies:
- We are operating at 50% maximum capacity, meaning only up to two rooms may be booked on the same date.
- Breakfast options will include our two signature dishes (the home-style breakfast and our baked french toast), and dining times will be staggered to ensure we can practice safe distancing.
Of course, we are taking extra care to deep clean and sanitize each room after a stay, as well as our common rooms. We will continue with these practices moving forward.
We are also encouraging whole home rentals for groups. Not only is this option cost-effective and safe, but you have the benefit of having the whole home to yourselves! You will get access to the kitchen and grounds, too. This is a great option for those wishing to celebrate a birthday, bridal/baby shower, or any other event that our home could make more special.
It is a lovely time to visit Bell Buckle right now. Those that are wanting (and perhaps needing) that small town escape will still find what they are looking for in our little village. Please call us or email with any questions or comments you may have.
Finally, we encourage everyone to heed the advice of our healthcare experts by taking simple steps to keep you and your loved ones safe. This includes wearing a mask in public, populous spaces and washing your hands often.
We hope to see you soon!
