Annual Bell Buckle Downtown Show---The 3rd Saturday and Sunday of October
Saturday Show: 8-5 and Sunday Show: 9-4
***THIS IS A TENT ONLY EVENT UNLESS TRAILERS OR TRUCKS ARE APPROVED BY THE EVENT COORDINATOR AND WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE DEPENDING ON SPACE AND SET UP REUIREMENTS. ***THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE***
Applications are reviewed starting July 15th. We will send out approvals after July 15th. However, you may receive early notice. If the application is received after July 15th, we will respond accordingly. Please be patient as we have quite a few applications to review, and we review carefully without rushing in order to keep the integrity and quality of the show at the high level that is expected of us. You may not hear back before August 1st due to the volume of applications. Please be patient and you can rest assured that you will hear from us as soon as we have completed the review process. Booth fees will be returned to non-accepted applicants. Fees for approved applications are non-refundable. You cannot transfer your booth to another party without the express written permission of show management. You are responsible for collecting and reporting your own Tennessee sales tax (9.75%). Exhibitors must furnish their own tables, chairs, tent and display equipment.
Pre-packaged food, baked goods, popcorn, Jerky, etc. are not considered food vendor items therefor you will need to apply for a space as a product vendor.
Set up time is Friday before the festival from 9am until 7pm or a time approved by the event coordinator. ***ABSOLUTELY NO SATURDAY SETUP***.

Bell Buckle Downtown Show Food Exhibitor Contract
I agree that the Bell Buckle Chamber of Commerce and RC Cola-MoonPie Festival will not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage to any goods, personal property, or for injury to persons or property within the area of the booth leased by me. I expressly agree to be responsible to keep the area within the booth free of debris, obstructions, or other hazards which might result in injury to the public. I expressly agree to make sure to leave my space clean and free of debris just as I found it upon arrival. I expressly agree to remove all empty or full boxes, debris, food waste and oils of any kind from the premises and leave any full trash bags containing regular trash next to the trash receptacles provided. All Food Vendors are required to have proper Fire Extinguishers approved by the health department as well as following all health department guidelines for Food Vendors. I understand that this application creates a contract between the Bell Buckle Chamber of Commerce and me, and that a breach of that contract will result in the loss of fee and future exhibiting privileges.
