Event Information

• Setup from 10AM-11AM (Event starts at 10AM)
• Event will be from 11AM to 7PM
• Each songwriter will be given opportunity to play one original song on stage during the day (specific time slot will be provided day of festival) with duration not to exceed 15 minutes total on stage time
• Song lyrics should be family friendly
• Songs will be judged by panel with following prizes:

o 1st Place Songwriter: $250
o 2nd Place Songwriter: $150
o 3rd Place Songwriter: $75

• Tents – songwriters must provide their own tents, not to exceed 12x12, which will be placed around the perimeter of the festival, and songwriters will be encouraged to collaborate, play, and mingle throughout the festival during time they are not on stage.

Bell Buckle Jingle Contest Information

• Jingle must mention Bell Buckle, MoonPies, and RC Cola
• Jingle must be less then 30 seconds (exception requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
• Top 5 will be preselected by the Chamber committee and those five will be requested to perform live at the event
• Chamber Favorite and Crowd Favorite will be selected and will be eligible to be used on radio and commercial promos for Bell Buckle
• Prize for Chamber Selected Jingle Winner: $400 and promotional coverage (interview with and article in newspaper, use of jingle on radio commercials for Bell Buckle)
• Prize for Crowd Favorite Jingle Winner: $200 and promotional coverage (runner up use of jingle on radio commercials for Bell Buckle)
