Event Information


• Setup from 10AM-11AM (Event starts at 1PM)
• Event will be from 1PM to 7:30PM
• Each songwriter will be given opportunity to participate in a 1 hour Writers Round with 2 other artists.
• Song lyrics should be family friendly
• Tents – songwriters must provide their own tents, not to exceed 12x12, which will be placed around the perimeter of the festival, and songwriters will be encouraged to collaborate, play, and mingle throughout the festival during time they are not on stage.

All applications should be completed online and submitted by September 2, 2024. Registration can be found at: https://bellbucklechamber.com/

Entrant Refund
NO entrant Fees. Songwriters that are selected but cancel within 5 days will not be considered for the following year event.
Competition will take place rain or shine.

Participants check-in and set up between 10AM and 11AM on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
