Contest Information
Each team will submit one turn–in container to be judged for the overall winner.
Each team will need to turn in a tray with enough pulled meat to fill 400 – 1oz sample cups
for the People’s Choice.
Each team will submit one entry for the Ribs category.
Each team may choose to also participate in two additional categories for an additional fee
of $25 per category.
A. Chicken
B. Captain Rodney’s Anything Butt – Captain Rodney’s will supply the product
you choose to use.
